I've spent years working as a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist in one of London's busiest mental health clinics, supporting people from a wide range of cultural and personal backgrounds.

Alongside this, I've devoted over 13 years to spiritual and contemplative practices under the close guidance of experienced teachers. These have shaped my life and guided deep inquiries such as:
